1. About us
These terms apply to all experiences and products offered by Higher Heart Atelier Ltd, trading as Your Soul Gift (formerly Sonum the Seer) (company number 17196381), 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA.
2. Experiences and bookings
Experiences are booked through our online booking system and paid in full at the time of booking. You can reschedule or transfer your session to someone else with more than 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be refunded or rescheduled. If we need to cancel, we’ll offer you a new time or a full refund.
Session cancellations
Sessions are leisure services booked for a specific date and time, so the 14-day cancellation period that applies to some online purchases does not apply to session bookings. Our 24-hour policy above applies instead. This does not affect your statutory rights.
3. Personalised reports and digital products
Personalised reports, such as the Soul Blueprint Numerology Report, are created for you after you order and delivered by email, usually within 24–72 hours. Please make sure the details you give us are accurate, as we can’t be responsible for results based on incorrect information. We usually begin work on your report within 24 hours of your order. Once work has started, you can no longer cancel for a full refund. If you cancel after we’ve begun but before your report is delivered, we’ll refund the price minus a fair amount for the work already completed. Once your report has been delivered, it can’t be cancelled or refunded.
Digital products, such as the Energetic Self-Care Guide, are delivered straight away after purchase.
At checkout, you’ll be asked to confirm that your report or digital product will be created or delivered straight away, and that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once it has been delivered.
4. Physical products
UK orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days, and international orders may take longer. Personalised items, such as the Spiritual Awakening Box, cannot be returned for no good reason. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
5. The nature of our services
Our experiences and products are for spiritual growth and self-reflection. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. Please read our disclaimers above. Services are for people aged 18 and over.
6. Our content
All guides, reports, recordings and website content belong to Higher Heart Atelier Ltd and are for your personal use only. Please don’t copy, share or resell them.
7. Our responsibility to you
We provide every experience and product with care, but we’re not responsible for decisions you make based on guidance you receive. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law doesn’t allow it to be limited.
8. General

Who we are
Your Soul Gift (formerly Sonum the Seer) is a trading name of Higher Heart Atelier Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17196381). What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number when you book, buy, sign up or contact us
- Booking details, and anything you choose to share when booking a session
- Order and delivery details (payments are handled securely by Stripe or PayPal, and we never see your full card details)
- Your full birth name and date of birth, if you order a numerology report
- Personal information you choose to share during a session
- Basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser, through cookies
Sensitive information
During sessions, you may share personal details about your health, beliefs, relationships or loved ones in spirit. We treat this with great care, use it only to provide your session, and never share it without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
How we use your information
- To provide the experiences and products you’ve booked or bought
- To send you emails you’ve signed up for, such as your free guide or newsletter (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To reply to your messages
- To keep financial records, as required by law
- To protect our website from spam and misuse
Who we share it with
We only share your information with trusted services that help us run our business: Hostinger (website hosting), Kit (email), Acuity Scheduling (bookings), WooCommerce, Stripe and PayPal (orders and payments), Zoom (online sessions), Google (spam protection and website fonts), and WhatsApp and Instagram if you contact us through them. Some of these providers are based outside the UK and protect your information with appropriate safeguards. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: 6 years, as required for tax purposes
- Booking and session details: up to 2 years after your last session
- Email list: until you unsubscribe
- Contact form messages: up to 12 months
Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies so the shop and checkout work, a cookie that records how you found our site when you place an order, and Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam. You can choose your cookie preferences using the banner when you first visit.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, ask us to stop using it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@yoursoulgift.com and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
